RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged/defective item, please contact us with your name and nature of the issue within 3 days of delivery date. For damages/defects, please attach a photo clearly outlining the damage/defect. We will generate a return shipping label to ship the item back to us, at no additional cost. We ask that all packaging materials be saved for a quick, safe return. We are happy to send the corrected product, provided the replacement product is in stock. Should the replacement product be out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued. We will not process a return for damages if the product has been used.

ORDER CONFIRMATION/ SHIPPING

Shipping is a $7.00 Flat rate fee.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

An order confirmation email will be provided upon receipt of a submitted order.  You will be updated with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Orders will be shipped to the address indicated at checkout. Orders are typically shipped via USPS. Upon receipt by the postal carrier, The Teachionista is no longer responsible for the shipment. Filing of any claim for damaged or lost shipments should be addressed with the carrier. We will quickly proceed when a resolution has been determined. Please contact us if you have other issues.

PRIVACY
Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Square, which has a high level of security on all transactions.
If you’re in South Carolina, you’ll notice a 8% sales tax charge at checkout. That’s because we’re located in the same state.
